初めてTillamook Creameryに行ってきました。 無料の工場見学やTillamook Creameryの歴史を知ることができて、とても楽しかったです。 試食のチーズを食べた後は、1階にあるお土産屋さんでTシャツを購入。 そしてその流れでレストランへ直行しました。 『Tillamook(ティラムック)』といえば、チェダーチーズが有名だ。過去に全米一なったこともあるくらいの実力を誇るティラムックのチェダーチーズは人気が高い。100 点満点中 99.6 点を獲得し、他のチーズの差を見せつけたという。 According to the official Tillamook Creamery website, the visitor center and factory are open from 10 am to 6 pm, 7 days a week.
