PCSOs work within neighbourhood policing teams, helping to solve local issues by getting out in the community, connecting and engaging with diverse local communities, meeting people and offering advice and support to people who live and work in the area. West Midlands Police is opening its doors again, from Saturday (12 August), to recruit the next generation of Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) to serve the region's diverse communities.
