Governance. LLPOA, Leisure Lake Property Owners Association, is self-governing. There is an elected Board of Directors who collectively have duties and responsibilities similar to a town council. Suggested annual dues are $30 and are tax deductible. Checks are made out to LLPOA and processed through the Board's Treasurer.
